❁ NORTH AMERICAN UNIFICATION ❁

Former Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, arrived in Berkeley, California, on September 30, 2013, as the new President of the University of California.  Few people supported her appointment and more wondered how she was chosen to be head of the University of California system, including Los Alamos and Livermore Nuclear Weapons Labs.  When it was finally revealed that, like Jesuits California Governor Jerry Brown, former Secretary of Defense and CIA Director Leon Panetta, and U.S. Supreme Court Judge Clarence Thomas, Ms. Napolitano was also Jesuit trained.  In fact, Brown, Panetta, and Napolitano are all graduates of Santa Clara University, a Jesuit shop school for the Big Boys.   

Understanding the Jesuit tie is important, because it explains her magical job history, and the Vietnam Phoenix Program “events” that are synchronous with Napolitano’s arrival, and introduced with the 2014 New Year.  The Phoenix Program in Vietnam was set up by the U.S. Military to defeat and destroy the civilian support of the Viet Cong resistance: torture chambers, assassination teams, underground prisons, detention camps, Project Popeye weather modification, and other forms of suppression to establish social and political control of a resistant captive population.  It is the model for DHS.  

Since the New Year, the San Francisco Bay Area has been exposed to a vast U.S. government overthrow template: DHS inventories of food suppliers, widespread gangstalking with EMF cop toys, HAARP weather modification, eugenics through weaponized intense chemtrails interacting synergistically with Fukushima radiation and new chemicals in Municipal water supplies, biologically very toxic ozone pumped into poor black neighborhoods from the Oracle Sports Stadium in the East Bay, and heavy surveillance by police and the new DHS-tactical forces.  

Perhaps the most alarming assault on citizens has been a military style forced deployment of Smart Meters attached on homes by PG&E under guard and without consent, modifications without notification, and are connected to the INMARSAT global satellite system headquartered in London for instantaneous transmission of electricity use and mind control to private homes around the world.  Modifications by PG&E were also witnessed, replacing fairly new transformers on poles in Berkeley with smaller and more powerful transformers.  These transformers also had individual hookups to certain cell houses known to have powerful antennas used by the University of California to transmit EMF harassment frequencies targeting houses where residents and students live, blocks from the transmitters.   Certain houses were also upgraded with heavier cables enabling higher amperage electronics and electrical systems integrated with Smart Meters to allow transmissions secretly to and from a neighborhood network of EMF gangstalkers and their unsuspecting targets.       

The technology of vehicle gangstalking has been upgraded to attack citizens with hidden antennas on vehicles, that conduct surveillance, or can be used as a mobile antenna network to target subjects of choice.  Multiple cars can be parked and used as a large array multi vector antenna to target businesses, homes, sidewalks, or can go mobile.  The Prius and other hybrid cars as well as Teslas have been a disproportionately large share as the car of choice because of their large batteries for extended periods of harrassment.

❁ NUCLEAR FALSE FLAGS: THEATER OF TENSION IN MIDDLE EAST ❁

Ms. Moret also describes her recent research linking historic oil prices since 1946, to Nuclear False Flags and Wars globally, that have been carried out to boost a falling U.S. Dollar and driving oil prices up.  

Depleted uranium weapons, illegal under all treaties and laws, were introduced in the 1973 Middle East Oil Crisis by Henry Kissinger who gave them to Israel to use in the Yom Kippur War.  They have been used indiscriminately by the U.S. in Yugoslavia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Lebanon, Australia, Kuwait, Pakistan, and many other countries.   Depleted uranium, an estrogen and hormone disruptor, is a global nuclear pollutant that has caused many diseases including a large increase in infertility and intersex (both male and female reproductive cells mixed in reproductive tissues) – causing the masculinization of women and feminization of men, as well as reducing the global ratio of newborn baby boys to girls.

Secret 4^th generation nuclear weapons, a form of neutron bomb, were covertly introduced in the 1990’s in Iraq, and their use escalated in the Middle East and Central Asia by the end of the 1990’s and into the next decade, causing death and diseases in large populations throughout the region.  Palladium is a key component as a catalyst in the neutron mini-nukes (5 kt and under).  These mini nukes are the most efficient form of nuclear war and act locally on populations in the area where they are used.  A very large and sudden demand in the U.S. for Palladium in the late 1980’s, indicates that research and development of neutron mini-nukes had reached the production stage just in time for the 1990 Gulf War, and were used in combination with depleted uranium.  After the severe attack on Fallujah with both, the population exhibited the most severe health effects in Iraq like Hiroshima and Nagasaki victims, especially on pregnant women, newborns, and young children.  

Very large spikes in all diseases globally (including thyroid cancer, a radiation indicator) became very noticeable in the mid-1990’s - evidence that they were being used increasignly in Iraq and Aghanistan.  Iran, caught between the nuclear wars in Iraq and Afghanistan had a decline in fertility of 13+ children per woman in 1986 before Chernobyl, to 1.3 children per woman by 2014.  That is not even a replacement birthrate for a country but an indicator of an extinction event.  

A theater of tension in the Middle East created by the Anglo-American permanent war crimes racketeering syndicate has been used  to justify radioactive wars and landgrabs in Iraq for oilfields, oil pipelines and opium production in Afghanistan, with an overall agenda of depopulation of civilian populations.  

Nuclear war on civilian populations since about 1990 has been increased by the local effects of neutron mini nukes in the Middle East and Central Asia, and globally by very powerful and long distance Fukushima neutron pulses and blow-ups, from melted MOX fuel and spent fuel rods, released continuously into the environment and poisoning the global population and biosphere.

A global cover-up has been carried out since 2011, of damage from Fukushima neutron pulses and blow-ups in melted MOX fuel in Reactors 3-4, and that it damaged 14 reactors in 4 nuclear power plants within 200 miles of Fukushima.  

Reported only in the Japanese news briefly was that large secret releases of radiation were made at the Tokai nuclear power plant during the Fukushima disaster.   The Tokai reactors were damaged in the earthquake and to avoid explosions, the operators were forced to make releases they did not report.

The nuclear typhoon “Neoguri” arrived on July 4, and dumped huge amounts of rain on Japan, further saturating the Fukushima plant area, causing more structural instability in damaged buildings and reactors.  The typhoon also picked up large amounts of radiation around damaged reactors and carried it across the Pacific Ocean to the west coast of N. America.   

Fukushima will continue to release very large and dangerous amounts of radiation from “Fukushima neutron pulses and blow-up regimes” as reported by Russian scientists at a meeting in Vienna in mid-2013.  The neutron pulses and blow-up regimes demonstrated at Fukushima are far more powerful weapons than any weapons any military has.  The Stuxnet virus that enhanced the disaster at Fukushima, can be introduced at any time to any nuclear reactor in the world, reminding us that with just a USB stick, any reactor in the world can be weaponized as a new form of neutron and fission product nuclear [instrument of] war.
